I’m a strategic partner and trusted advisor to C-Level stakeholders, delivering results through a solutions-driven, evidence-based, and principles-led approach, characterised by empathy, compassion, and a human touch.
I’m experienced in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across a wide range of business functions, with a reputation for quickly developing a thorough understanding of the teams’ needs and finding high-calibre talent to match.
I’m also experienced in wider HR and People Operations, policy development, organisation design, and UK Employment Law, with hands-on experience managing Employee Relations and coaching and supporting managers and employees through complex matters.
